Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Pet Story Creator, provided by SnoutCraft Ltd.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to upload a finished video or connect TikTok. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and approve these terms and your use of the service. Do not use TikTok unless you also meet TikTok's own eligibility requirements.

Your media

You must own or have permission to use every photo, video, sound and other element you submit. You keep ownership of your media and grant SnoutCraft only the limited permission needed to store, process and transfer the finished video at your request.

TikTok uploads

The first TikTok integration uploads a finished video and asks TikTok to send a notification to your Inbox. It does not automatically publish or save a profile Draft. You must open the TikTok mobile app, tap the upload notification in Inbox, review the content and settings, and complete publishing yourself. TikTok's own terms and community rules also apply.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing or private content without authorization. Do not probe the service, evade limits, automate account management, or use it to spam platforms. We may block abusive requests and remove content that violates these terms.

Availability

Browser encoding and third-party platform services vary. We may change or suspend features for security, compliance or reliability. We do not guarantee that TikTok will accept, process or publish a video.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, SnoutCraft is not responsible for indirect loss or a third-party platform's decision about your content.

Termination and deletion

You may delete your session and disconnect TikTok from the creator. We may end access for material misuse. Media retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
